1. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver to countries within the European Union.
If you would like to place an order from outside of Europe, please contact us at info@evelinfink.com so we can agree on individual shipping conditions.
2. Shipping Methods and Partners
Your orders are delivered via the following courier services:
- Domestic shipping (within Hungary): GLS, Magyar Posta
- International shipping: GLS
Available delivery options:
- Within Hungary: home delivery, parcel point
- Abroad: home delivery
Cash on delivery is currently not available; your order must be finalized via prepayment.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by country and are displayed at checkout when finalizing your order.
Return shipping is free of charge.

Shipping Outside the European Union
All shipments outside of the European Union are subject to customs clearance, which is imposed by the local authorities of the respective country. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Refused deliveries will be returned to the sender. Return costs will be deducted from refunds.
- If the package is refused, both return and customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
4. Delivery Deadlines
Products are made to order, not pre-stocked. Production begins after payment is received.
- Domestic: 2–3 business days after order confirmation
- International: Typically 3–7 business days

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once shipped.

- Sustainable packaging: Orders shipped in recycled materials
- Gift wrapping: Available for a fee – please indicate during checkout
