Withdrawal and Return Policy
All EVELINFINK products are always made individually, based on orders, and are not pre-manufactured goods shipped from stock.
Accordingly, based on Government Decree No. 45/2014. (II.26.) Section 29, Subsection (1), Point c):
“The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of non-prefabricated products which have been produced based on the consumer’s instructions or at the express request of the consumer, or products which have been clearly customized to the consumer’s person.”
Right of Withdrawal
In light of the above, our customers are not entitled to the 14-day right of withdrawal, as each order is manufactured individually and customized.
Returns
EVELINFINK products are always made to order.
Therefore, return or exchange is only possible in justified cases (e.g., defective performance, damaged product, or an item that differs from the order).
Since products are made exclusively upon order, return or exchange is not possible for reasons such as:

“I don’t like it”
-
“I changed my mind”
-
“The size is not right”
This is because the product is not pre-manufactured but a custom-made item produced at the customer’s request (Gov. Decree No. 45/2014. (II.26.) §29 (1) c)).
Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

Defective performance (e.g., incorrect size, color, or model delivered)

Manufacturing defect or damage visible upon receipt of packaging
If you experience a problem of this kind, please notify us in writing within 48 hours at info@evelinfink.com.
Please attach photos of the defect and the packaging.
All complaints are assessed on an individual basis.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process (following the above conditions):

Please send an email to info@evelinfink.com and provide your order number.

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged, unused, unwashed and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached, to the following address:

Return shipping is free of charge.
Refund

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

The customer is not entitled to a refund if they fail to accept delivery of a made-to-order item.
Undelivered Packages and Reshipment
EVELINFINK products are exclusively produced on the basis of individual orders; we do not maintain inventory.
Production begins only after the order has been finalized and the payment has been received.
If the customer does not accept the delivered package (e.g., unsuccessful delivery attempt, or the parcel is not collected from a pickup point), the package will automatically be returned to the sender, and the following applies:

The ordered product is custom-made, thus the customer is not entitled to withdrawal according to Government Decree No. 45/2014. (II.26.) §29 (1) c).

Unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect the parcel does not entitle the customer to a refund.

The order is considered fulfilled, and the company is entitled to retain the full purchase amount.

If the customer requests reshipment, all related shipping costs shall be borne solely by the customer.

If the parcel is returned to us (e.g., the courier returns it to sender), the company reserves the right to charge the return shipping cost to the customer, or to mark the order as failed if the customer does not initiate reshipment within 14 days.
Important:

EVELINFINK accepts no responsibility for the cost of return or reshipment.

All costs arising from reshipment or failed delivery shall be borne by the customer.
Partial Returns
Since the customer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal, partial return is not possible either.
The only exception is defective performance, which is handled as described above.
