1. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to countries within the European Union.
If you would like to place an order from outside of Europe, please contact us at info@evelinfink.com so we can agree on individual shipping conditions.

2. Shipping Methods and Partners

Your orders are delivered via the following courier services:
• Domestic shipping (within Hungary): GLS, Magyar Posta
• International shipping: GLS

Available delivery options:
• Within Hungary: home delivery, parcel point
• Abroad: home delivery

Cash on delivery is currently not available; your order must be finalized via prepayment.

Shipping Outside the European Union

Import duties and customs clearance fees:
All shipments outside of the European Union are subject to customs clearance, which is imposed by the local authorities of the respective country.
The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import taxes, which may be charged after the purchase is completed on the website www.evelinfink.com.
Any such fees and taxes are borne by the buyer.

Taxes and duties are determined according to the regulations of the customs authority of the destination country, and calculated based on the declared value of the parcel (i.e. the total amount of the purchased products and the shipping fee).
For precise fees and percentage breakdowns, please contact the customs office of the given country.

Important information:

• Import duties and taxes are non-refundable, as they are collected by the customs authorities of the respective country.

• In case of refusal to accept the delivery, the parcel will automatically be returned to the sender by the courier.
  The cost incurred for the return shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the cost of returning the package.

• If the customer refuses to accept the package for any reason, the costs of return and import duties will be borne by the customer.
  These amounts will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

4. Delivery Deadlines

The products are manufactured in a sustainable manner, made to order; we do not keep inventory, therefore production times may vary.
Production begins after the order has been finalized and the purchase price has been received.

• Domestic delivery: 2–3 business days after the order has been completed.

• International delivery: Typically 3–7 business days, with varying lead times depending on the country.

• In case of custom orders, delivery times will be discussed individually.

• In case of express shipping, please contact us to arrange the details.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Our goal is to process every order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the parcel's tracking number.
You can easily track your order’s journey via the courier's website.

Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday, or during the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday.

5. Special Conditions

• Pre-orders: As part of EVELINFINK’s sustainable operation, all products are made to order; therefore, we do not maintain inventory.

• Sustainable packaging: Every order is shipped in recycled packaging materials.

• Gift wrapping: Available for an additional fee. If you would like gift wrapping, please indicate this when placing your order.
