What payment method can you choose?

You can only pay the final amount of your order with online credit card payment method.

When and how the products are delivered?

Delivery throughout Hungary generally takes place on working days between 8 am and 4 pm. We will inform you about the start of delivery by e-mail. 

If there are several items in your order, their stock can be in a remote warehouse. For fast delivery, this may result in your order being shipped in multiple packages, thus avoiding the time required to ship to one location.

What does it mean exactly?

  • The most important thing: the delivery fee does not change in this case either, we will deliver your order to your home at the advertised price.
  • The order can be delivered in several installments, aiming to arrive at the specified delivery address at the same time.
  • When fulfilling your order, as many invoices may be issued as we install the package in installments. You may receive multiple email notifications about this, but the shipping fee will only be included on one.
  • When handing over to the courier, you can receive several different package numbers, which will be sent to you by e-mail (by clicking on the “Package Tracking” button on our website and chatbot service, the button will always point to the last package number sent).

The courier didn’t find you at home? We will ship again for free of charge!

If the courier is unable to complete the delivery of the goods, he will leave a notice of the package. The shipment can then be inquired at the telephone number indicated on the notice. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the courier service will try to deliver free of charge at the agreed time.

Complaints about the contents of the package can only be accepted if the fact of the defect or damage is recorded on the consignment note in the presence of the courier.

Our contracted courier services will provide you with the following services upon delivery:

  • Parcel delivery to the first closed door (eg staircase, for standard size products)
  • Open box service - unpacking in the presence of the courier *

*Open box - Upon receipt of the order, our contracted partners provide the opportunity to unpack the product so that you can check the physical condition of the product before leaving. If you notice a problem, you can indicate the fact of the damage on the waybill or request a report to record that the damage occurred before receipt, thus facilitating the administration.

The indicated delivery times are from the date of confirmation of orders by budapestselectstore.com. In some cases, the delivery time may be longer than the delivery times mentioned above. In this case, budapestselectstore.com will inform you of the expected extent of the delay. However, we accept no liability if the delivery time is longer than indicated above.
