Paris and China, two worlds, one vision
In spring 2025, the AW2526 season premiered across two different continents and cultural contexts. EVELINFINK presented the SOLAR collection during Paris Fashion Week and at the CHINA–CEEC Expo in Ningbo, China. These distant locations, each with its own rhythm and meaning, became witnesses to the same vision, reinforcing the collection’s message from unique perspectives.
Paris Fashion Week, a contemporary statement in the shadow of the Arc de Triomphe
In March, the French capital, one of the world’s most influential fashion destinations, hosted the EVELINFINK showcase at Galerie La Bourbon, a refined exhibition space near the Arc de Triomphe. Set within the elegant architecture of a classic Parisian building, the show created a minimalist yet powerful atmosphere, where form and structure spoke for themselves.
Organised by Flying Solo as part of an international designer selection, the event celebrated the new wave of independent voices in fashion.
Within this milieu, the pieces of SOLAR resonated with a unique force, bridging past structures and future forms. The collection quickly gained attention from the fashion press, appearing in publications such as Harper’s BAZAAR, ELLE and Fashion Week Online, and sparking interest among stylists and creative producers.
This international recognition confirmed that the SOLAR collection offers more than aesthetic appeal. It presents a globally relevant message about the future of fashion – one that is radically contemporary, yet timelessly significant.
Ningbo, China, new dialogues at the CHINA–CEEC Expo
In May, the brand also made its debut in China, as part of the CHINA–CEEC Expo & International Consumer Goods Fair. The coastal city of Ningbo, where heritage and innovation meet, offered an inspiring environment for the collection’s presentation. On this international runway, the futuristic and sustainable aspects of SOLAR gained new meaning in the local cultural context.
Beyond visuals, the collection engaged intellectually with its surroundings. It explored the harmony of material and spirit, balancing technological awareness with present sensitivity, all expressed through the language of form.
Projected visuals in black and gold and the follow-up press features and interviews amplified the brand’s message. EVELINFINK’s vision proved to resonate globally.
The Chinese appearance was not only a moment of presentation but also one of opportunity. It forged valuable professional connections and marked a significant step toward expanding the brand into East Asian markets.
